Programme Benefits

Participants develop their competencies in making and executing effective strategic decisions and acquire deep insight into how to effective strategic decisions and acquire deep insight into how to manage digital innovation and lead the transformation. They will be exposed to frameworks and models, together with a language, to comprehend and converse about digital innovation and transformation. Specifically, the programme will help participants:

Programme Structure

Our modular programme is tailored for busy professionals and is delivered over a series of 6 two-day workshops within a 10–month period.   Action based learning workshops are held across the week including Fridays and Saturdays to maximse learning and to minimise interference with work schedules.   

Our experience in delivering executive education is brought to bear in the programme content, delivery and structure which is designed in to facilitate busy work/lifestyles.   To assist and support participants, in integrating study and the demands of their role into their working lives while enhancing their contribution as a member of their organisations management team.  100% attendance is required.

Assessments and Workload

There are no examinations on this programme.   Participants are assessed on a module-by-module basis through a variety of practical assignments.   The assessment workload is spread across the duration of the programme to enable you to combine learning with work and life demands.   The emphasis throughout the programme is on the practical application of knowledge to benefit the participant, their team and their organisation.

In order to accelerate learning, between modules participants are provided with assigned reading from texts, articles, cases, podcasts and videos, made available through our learning platform and which they are expected to complete.   All continuous assessment is completed by participants either individually or in groups and this is set out in the study guide for each module.   Some modules require pre-coursework in addition to the post-coursework which is set for each taught module.
